When should you replace ceramic tiles?

05 Feb 2020 | BY Matt Matner

Tiles are a great choice for hallways, kitchens and bathrooms. Ceramic tiles can last about an average of 50 years. So, when should you replace them? The obvious sign is that multiple tiles may have split, cracked and are becoming loose. You might also be looking to renovate which could mean that tiles could have been damaged from previous bathroom or kitchen units. Stained, crumbling or cracked grout could also be a sign of a problem – loosened tile adhesive or water penetration can lead to rotten wooden subflooring.
If you would like to completely replace your tiles rather than repair – then StokeTiles are here to help! Choose and order the right tiles for you via our website: http://bit.ly/302ScSH
