These website Terms and Conditions informs you of the rules for using www.stoketiles.co.uk.

By using the website, you hereby agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website is operated by us. We are MM Ceramics trading as Stoke Tiles. Our company registration number is: 07390608  and our VAT registration number is: 109205052. The content on this website is owned by us and our licensors.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notification.

1. Ordering

1.1 Our Minimum order is for 2 boxes or 2 SQM, depending on how the product is sold. This excludes orders for pallet deals.

1.2 When ordering products, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they order the correct amount and check how products are sold; either per box, per square meter or individually. We strongly advise that you purchase the whole order in one transaction to minimise the likelihood of shade variations and/or discontinuance of stocked lines.

1.3 Payment for the goods shall in itself constitute as acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 The Company reserves the right to not supply goods to a buyer at the companies sole discretion.

1.5 All Porcelanosa products should be ordered via email to; info@stoketiles.co.uk. The order should include; the name & size of the tile, customers name, full delivery address and contact telephone number. The Buyer will then be issued with a payment invoice. Following full payment, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.

2. Payment

2.1 Stoke Tiles accepts most major Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfers and PayPal. The company cannot accept any responsibility for the non-authorisation of on-line payments.

2.2. The Companies prices, including prices shown on any advertising material, does not form any contract between the buyer and the Company.

2.3 Whilst we try to ensure the prices are correct on our website, there may be occasional errors. If there has been an error regarding the price of goods you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and provide you with the option of amending your order or cancelling it.

2.4 The Company reserves the right to amend prices without prior notification.

2.5 Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT. This will be added during the checkout process.

2.6 Please contact us for prices of all Porcelanosa products.

2.7 All quotes given are valid for 48 hours after the date it was issued.

3. Goods

3.1 All information regarding goods is believed to be correct. All information has been compiled from the supplier or the manufacturer and therefore, the Company accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of such information.

3.2 There may be shade variations between batches and from the images displayed on the website and all other advertising material. The Company cannot be held responsible for these differences.

4. Deliveries

4.1 The company offer a delivery service through third party contractors. Their standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. Special Orders can take up to 4 weeks.There is an option to schedule your delivery in advance.

4.2 The company cannot, under any circumstances, accept any financial demands from the buyer for late delivery or incorrect supply of goods. The company strongly recommends that you do not schedule a tradesman or tiler before the goods are received and checked.

4.3 It is the Companies expectation that the buyer, or their representative, will be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.

4.4 It is the buyers responsibility to unpack and check the goods as soon as possible. Should any issues arise, the buyer must contact the Company directly on 01538 422404 or email info@stoketiles.co.uk. This should be no later than 2 days after the delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional costs for re-supply and re-deliever. In the unfortunate event that goods arrived damaged, it is the buyers responsibility to provide images of the broken items.

4.5 If for any reason only part of your order arrives, it is strongly recommended that you do not begin to fix any tiles in place until you have received the remaining goods. The Company cannot control manufacturers delivery times, shades or discontinuance of stocked lines.

4.6 It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the Company of any potential obstructions to the delivery i.e. parking restrictions, uneven/gravelled drives, high-rise apartments, narrow roads etc. Failure to communicate all relevant information to the Company may result in a re-delivery and additional costs being incurred to the buyer.

4.7 Due to Health and Safety regulations, couriers are not able to take goods inside your home. All deliveries are Kerbside; where every effort will be made to deliver goods to your desired point. In the event of obstructions, such as gravelled driveways or steps, the delivery will be made to an alternative point that is accessible.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If a buyer cancels an order after dispatch, before the delivery has been made, they are expected to accept the delivery of the goods and return the goods in a resealable condition. See the returns policy.

5.2 If a buyer reserves products then later decides to cancel the order, they will incur a 40% stocking fee if cancelled within 28 days. After the 28 day period the items will become non refundable.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either refund you or send replacements as quickly as possible. Please note, you may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged goods.

6.2 We can only accept returns for your full order. We cannot accept returns on part orders or unwanted packs.

6.3 Delivery costs are non refundable.

6.4 All returned goods occur a 35% restocking fee. Subject to be reduced for orders over £500.

6.5 It is not the companies responsibility to collect any surplus or unwanted goods. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of goods. Returned goods must be received during regular opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) and must be in a resalable condition; in their original packaging. The company will not re-imberse the cost of returning the goods.

6.6 All goods must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.

6.7 Refunds can take up 3-5 working days after the goods have been received and checked.

6.8 Special order items are non refundable.
